2. Our Services
We provide residential AC repair, installation, replacement, maintenance, and tune-up services. Service availability, scope, and pricing may vary based on system type, property access, and diagnosis findings.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of diagnosis. Final pricing is confirmed and approved by you before any repair or installation work begins. Unforeseen issues discovered during a job may require a revised estimate, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to prior job length or emergency calls. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit.
5. Workmanship & Warranty
Repairs and installations are backed by our workmanship warranty for a period disclosed at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and governed by the manufacturer's own terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MunaHVAC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code violations, or damage unrelated to the work performed.
